Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which the contract was concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Olessia Brodska, Hinrichsring 15, 30177 Hannover, Deutschland, lesiabrodska@gmail.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the model withdrawal form below for this purpose, but it is not obligatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments we have received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive the notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this reimbursement we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless something else has been expressly agreed with you; in no event will you be charged any fees as a result of this reimbursement.

Early Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal (Membership & Digital Content)

In the case of a contract for the supply of services, your right of withdrawal lapses if we have supplied the service in full and only began performance after you had given your express consent to this. In the case of the supply of digital content not on a tangible medium (e.g. access to the daily card and the tools), your right of withdrawal lapses if we began performance after you had expressly consented that we begin performance before the expiry of the withdrawal period and you had acknowledged that, by giving your consent, you lose your right of withdrawal once performance begins. We obtain this consent expressly upon conclusion of the Membership.
