Terms and conditions
These terms apply to all sessions and digital content that Olessia Brodska offers under the name SyuTsai. Written in plain language so you know what you are signing up for.
1 · Scope
These terms apply between you (the customer) and Olessia Brodska (the provider) for every session, digital tool and consulting service you book via syutsai.com or in direct contact. By booking, you accept these terms.
2 · Service
SyuTsai is a method of self-knowledge. It combines astrology, numerology, lunar phases and tarot into a conversation that helps you see your own situation more clearly. A session usually lasts 60 minutes and takes place online (video or phone) or in Hannover. The free tools on the website (daily card, birth chart, tarot card, numerology) complement the session but do not replace it.
3 · What this method is not
SyuTsai is not medical, psychotherapeutic or legal advice. If you are in a mental-health crisis or have medical complaints, please contact your GP, a psychotherapist or the on-call medical hotline (in Germany: 116 117). Statements from a session are a perspective, not a diagnosis and not a prediction of the future.
4 · Booking and contract
You book a session by email to lesiabrodska@gmail.com or via the contact form on syutsai.com. The contract is concluded as soon as the provider confirms the appointment in writing (by email or messenger).
5 · Prices and payment
Current prices are listed on the homepage under “Offer” and on the respective product page. All prices are final prices and include statutory VAT. Individual sessions are paid as agreed. Digital products and subscriptions are billed at conclusion of contract via our payment provider Stripe (details in the “Subscriptions & digital products” section).
6 · Right of withdrawal for consumers
As a consumer you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The period begins on the day the contract is concluded. You declare your withdrawal informally by email to lesiabrodska@gmail.com. If the session begins with your explicit consent before the withdrawal period ends, the right of withdrawal expires once the service is fully performed.
7 · Rescheduling and cancellation
You can reschedule or cancel an appointment free of charge up to 24 hours before it starts. For later cancellations or no-shows the full fee is due — unless the reason was unforeseen and not your fault (e.g. illness). In case of doubt we will find a fair solution together.
8 · Digital content and account
If you sign in for the daily card via Google or SMS, we only store what is necessary (email or phone number, birth date, optional first name). You can delete your account at any time by emailing the address above. More details in the privacy policy.
9 · Copyright
Texts, images, design and the name “SyuTsai” are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may read and save the content for your private use. Redistribution, commercial use or modification is only allowed with the provider’s written consent.
10 · Liability
The provider is liable without limitation for damage to life, body or health and for intent and gross negligence. For slightly negligent breaches of material contractual duties, liability is limited in amount to foreseeable, contract-typical damage. Otherwise liability is excluded, in particular for decisions you make based on a session — those are your own responsibility.
11 · Online dispute resolution
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR): ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. The provider is neither obliged nor willing to take part in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.
12 · Final provisions
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Should any provision of these terms be invalid, the remaining provisions remain unaffected. The invalid provision is to be replaced by the one that comes closest to its economic purpose.
13 · Subscriptions & digital products
Membership (daily card & tools), “The Circle” and the written mini-reading are digital products billed via Stripe. Membership starts with a 3-day trial for €3 (due today); unless you cancel within those three days, it automatically converts to a monthly subscription of €59 per month that renews monthly until cancelled. “The Circle” is a 3-month programme for €399. You may cancel your subscription at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period, via the “Manage membership” link in the app (Stripe customer portal) or by emailing us; amounts already paid for the current period are not refunded pro rata. By starting to use the digital content you consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal lapses once performance begins (see the Widerrufsbelehrung).
